This policy explains when refunds are available for Cookie Compliance Checker credit packs and subscriptions. For general GetInlytics refund terms, see the main Terms of Service.

1. When Credits Are Charged
Credits are deducted at the moment a scan is created, because the proxy-backed browser-session cost is incurred at that point - whether or not the scan ultimately succeeds.
2. Failed or Timed-Out Scans
Scans that fail or time out are not automatically refunded, since the work (launching real browsers through region-specific proxies) is performed regardless of outcome.
3. Bot-Blocker Exception
If a scan fails because the target site's bot protection rejected our proxy, contact support to allowlist our IP ranges and re-run the scan at no extra charge. If the scan still fails after allowlisting, support will manually refund up to 70% of the credits used by that scan (the remaining 30% reflects unavoidable infrastructure cost).
4. Credit Packs
Purchased credits never expire and roll over indefinitely. Unused purchased credits remain available on your account.
5. Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@getinlytics.com with your account email and the relevant scan or invoice reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law.
